Welcome to Makanandiet. These terms govern your use of our premium health-focused meal delivery service. By accessing makanandiet.id, you agree to these conditions designed to ensure a consistent, safe, and high-quality nutritional experience for our community in Indonesia.
Subscription & Ordering Agreement
By placing an order for a Balanced daily menu, you acknowledge that our service provides a Meal kit service intended for general wellness and calorie management. Our Weekly Menu is curated based on seasonal availability and nutritional density.
Users must be at least 18 years of age to form a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities that occur under your profile at makanandiet.id. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.
Health & Nutritional Disclaimer
Our Calorie-controlled set meals are designed by nutrition experts to support a balanced lifestyle. However, Makanandiet is not a medical provider. Our meals and nutritional information are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or clinical support.
Users with severe allergies must review our Nutrition Standards carefully. While we adhere to strict kitchen protocols, our facility handles a variety of ingredients, and we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment for every meal prepared.
Logistics & Delivery Protocols
Timelines
We facilitate Diet menu with delivery across designated zones in Surabaya. Orders must be placed 24 hours in advance to ensure the freshness of ingredients.
Working Hours: Mon-Fri: 08:00-20:00, Sat: 09:00-17:00.
Acceptance
Perishable goods require immediate refrigeration upon arrival. Makanandiet is not liable for the degradation of food quality if the delivery is not retrieved within 30 minutes of arrival at the specified address.
Payment & Refund Policy
All pricing for our Healthy meal delivery services is listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Payments are processed securely via our local payment gateway partners. Subscription renewals occur automatically unless a cancellation request is received at least 48 hours prior to the next billing cycle.
Due to the customized and perishable nature of our Calorie-controlled set meals, we do not offer refunds once production has commenced. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us immediately at +62 31 5633035.
